WHITFIELD COUNTY, Ga. — What started as a garage fire quickly spread, destroying a large home in Whitfield County Monday night, according to fire officials.
The Whitfield County Fire Department was dispatched Monday night to a reported single-family residential structure fire in the area of Ridgehaven Way and Reed Road.
When crews arrived, they found the attached garage fully involved, with fire conditions quickly extending throughout the residence.
