CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) – Charlottesville began its two-day cleanup effort Tuesday, March 24, to support public health and safety along the Rivanna Trail, by Free Bridge.
“I was trying to do my best to keep it clean, and to help out, and everybody else was too,” said Joshua Ballou, who lives along the Rivanna Trail.
