CLEVELAND, Ohio –The Ritz-Carlton, Cleveland is bringing a new omakase sushi experience to town in April. Sushi by Bou – will be across the sixth-floor lobby from Turn Bar + Kitchen. While Turn is an original, Cleveland-based dining concept, Sushi by Bou restaurants have been opened nationwide.
Omakase translates to “I’ll leave it up to you.” That means guests surrender to the chef’s decision for a special tasting. At Sushi by Bou, each piece of sushi will be prepared by hand and introduced with context—where it comes from, why it matters—turning dinner into a conversation.
At the center of the experience is a 16-seat omakase bar designed for closeness and interaction. Here, chefs—trained and selected by the Sushi by Bou culinary group—guide guests through a progression of dishes built on seasonal, sustainable seafood.
