Greensboro Police have arrested Passhion Michael Barr, 36, in connection with the death of Danny Eugene Williams, 72, marking the city’s third homicide of 2026. Officers responded around 4:26 p.m. Sunday to the 3300 block of North O’Henry Boulevard, where they found Williams suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite life-saving efforts, he died at the scene.
Barr was later arrested by the department’s Violent Criminal Response Team in the 3300 block of Trent Street and faces charges including first-degree murder, possession of a concealed gun, resisting arrest, and two drug-related offenses. He is being held in the Guilford County Jail without bond…
