The Broward Sheriff’s Office Police Athletic League (PAL) runs a boxing gym in Pembroke Park that helps local youth build confidence, fitness, and leadership skills. Open to boys and girls ages 8–18, the program combines sports, academics, and community service to strengthen ties between young people and law enforcement.
