A Guttenberg special law enforcement officer was suspended last year for sending a clothed, “erect” groin Snapchat message to a female officer, according that department’s 2025 Annual Major Discipline Report.
Guttenberg Special Law Enforcement Officer I Mustafa Aktas was suspended for five days for sustained charges related to prohibited activity on-duty, standards of conduct, and others.
“On February 19, 2025, the Internal Affairs Unit of the Guttenberg Police Department received several internal reports concerning the conduct of Aktas,” the report notes.
“One of the internal reports was from a female officer, alleging that Aktas sent an unsolicited picture of his clothed groin area, appearing to be erect. The alleged incident took place the day prior, on February 18.”…
