On Friday, March 27, 2026, Hampton Roads Transit will keep buses and light rail running on their regular schedule, but customer service locations will close temporarily.
- Information booths at transit centers will be closed 9:00 AM–2:00 PM.
- The public lobby at 3400 Victoria Blvd (Lost & Found, ID processing) will reopen at 2:00 PM.
- The Customer Service Call Center and lobby at 509 E 18th St will be closed 11:00 AM–1:00 PM.
During these hours, you can still buy tickets from vending machines in transit center lobbies and use the automated phone system…..
