Estate in exclusive Dunnellon neighborhood sells for $2.1 million

A custom estate that was originally built as a personal residence for the creator of the Bel-Lago community has changed hands for $2.1 million, marking a significant appreciation in value for the property over the last several years.

David and Kristina Devol purchased the home from Timothy and Vicki Yeatman for $2,100,000 on Tuesday, March 17, according to a deed file with the Marion County Clerk of Courts. The home is situated on 1.40 acres of land that is dotted with fruit-bearing citrus trees and live oaks.
