A man is dead after being shot by police at a home in central Massachusetts on Monday afternoon, authorities announced Tuesday.
Officers responded to a residence on South Ashburnham Road in Westminster to serve an arrest warrant on a 22-year-old man shortly before 4:45 p.m., according to the Worcester District Attorney’s Office.
