BUNCOMBE COUNTY, N.C. (WLOS) — An East Flat Rock woman will serve more than three years in prison after pleading guilty to charges tied to the kidnapping and assault of a juvenile.
Nancy Grace Justice, 29, pleaded guilty Monday in Buncombe County Superior Court to two counts of indecent liberties with a child and one count of abduction of a child, according to the Buncombe County District Attorney’s Office.
A judge sentenced Justice to three consecutive terms of 15 to 27 months in active sentences. She must also register as a sex offender for 30 years and is subject to a permanent no-contact order with the victim, the DA’s office confirmed…
