Standoff ends with arrest of Lincoln man wanted on felony warrants

LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – A man is in custody following a standoff in a Lincoln neighborhood Tuesday afternoon.

Members of the Metro Area Fugitive Task Force were in the area of 7th and C streets attempting to locate 36-year-old Dustin Petersen of Lincoln.

The Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office said Petersen has two felony warrants issued in Lancaster County for possession of a controlled substance and burglary, and a felony warrant in York County for possession of a deadly weapon by a prohibited person…
