ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – An 18-year-old and a 20-year-old face charges following a traffic stop Monday in Rockford.
Corry Jefferson, 18, of Rockford, is charged with aggravated fleeing to elude and various traffic charges.
Jayden Seaton, 20, of Rockford, is charged with aggravated unlawful possession of a weapon, no valid FOID, possession of a firearm with no serial number and possession of a large capacity ammunition device.
Rockford police say around 7 p.m. March 23, officers tried to pull over a vehicle in the area of Winnebago and Whitman streets when it drove away. Four people inside the car then ran off and police report they arrested Jefferson and Seaton nearby…
