Ferguson police chief’s contract renewed through 2030

FERGUSON, Mo. β€” Ferguson Police Chief Troy Doyle will serve for four more years. The City of Ferguson announced Monday that his contract was renewed through Jan. 31, 2030.

“City Manager John Hampton worked tirelessly with Chief Doyle and our legal team to complete the negotiations and execute this renewal,” Ferguson Mayor Ella Jones said in a statement. “The completion brings needed stability to key leadership and we look forward to continued progress at our police department under Chief Doyle’s leadership.”
