USA Today has the ranking of great food truck festivals, and this one in Minnesota came in at number 10. IN THE NATION. So, that is nothing sneer at, in fact, it’s pretty good.
The MN Food Truck Festival takes place in Hopkins, Minneapolis, and Anoka, Minnesota, showcasing the delicious depth of the area’s street food and food truck scene. From Thai to Somali, from fresh-from-the-fryer donuts to Juicy Lucy burgers, this festival offers a plethora of options to satisfy every palate. Live music and DJs add to the celebratory air.
