SPRINGFIELD, MO – Another new retail development looks to be in the works for the city’s fast-growing southwest side.
On Monday night, city council members unanimously approved a rezoning request for 12.61 acres of land located northeast of the intersection of W. Sunshine and Moore Rd. The move green-lights the proposed West Sunshine Marketplace, a planned development that would be catty-corner to the new Sunshine Towne Center and Target store. Story continues below the image.
