DALLAS, Ore. — A Falls City man has been convicted of multiple charges, including second-degree murder, in the fatal shooting of his landlord last year, following a multi-day jury trial in Polk County Circuit Court.
Terry Lawrence Allwen, 63, was found guilty Friday of second-degree murder with a firearm in the death of 79-year-old Bo Johnson, also of Falls City. The jury also convicted Allwen of first-degree manslaughter, first-degree assault, unlawful use of a weapon, and felon in possession of a weapon.
