EVANS, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – A family has settled a lawsuit against the Columbia County School District over the restraint of a student that led to charges against a staff member.
In November 2022, paraprofessional James Mock was charged with simple battery against the Evans Elementary 10-year-old.
