Anne Arundel County and the Anne Arundel Economic Development Corporation have finalized an agreement to redevelop the county-owned property at 7409 Baltimore Annapolis Boulevard in Glen Burnie into the Villages at Sawmill Creek.
The agreement took effect on March 11, 2026, officially launching the project on the 13-acre site. A $300,000 state revitalization grant will help fund demolition and environmental remediation, with demolition expected to begin in early April.
