CLEVELAND, Ohio – Cleveland police arrested a suspect Monday following a fatal shooting on the city’s East Side.
Mark McCombs, 45, died from gunshot wounds in the 15300 block of Waterloo Road, according to the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner’s Office.
Police received reports of the shooting at 1:10 p.m. Paramedics arrived at the scene before officers and administered aid to McCombs. He was pronounced dead at the scene, police said…
