Developers hoping to break ground this summer on new Clarksville VA clinic

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – Progress is being made to bring a new Veterans Administration Clinic to Clarksville.

City documents say the new 235,000-square-foot facility would be “a significant sixfold expansion over the existing VA facility.” It’s projected to open next year, but project leaders said Tuesday night that they hope to break ground in the next several months.

“I think this community has been waiting a long time to see a facility of this scale in Clarksville to service the growing veteran population,” said a representative for developer Batson-East Land Company on Tuesday night…
