FLORIDA — Police are investigating the death of a 61-year-old woman who may have been killed in a dog attack, according to the Alachua Police Department.
Officers said the woman was found dead last Thursday outside a home on Northwest County Road 235. Her body was discovered inside a fenced area with two dogs.
Authorities said the woman had been visiting the home, which belongs to family members, to babysit a young child. Family members told police they returned home to find the woman deceased, while the child was found outside in the yard unharmed…
