It’s an eight-mile stretch of interstate highway that’s seen 285 crashes with injuries over the last 10 years.
Seven of them were fatal.
But now, alongside the police, EMTs and firefighters, this heavily travelled, heavily trucked stretch of Interstate 81 near Carlisle may finally be getting some design help too…
