MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The Shelby County District Attorney’s Office says on Tuesday, charges have been dropped against a 14-year-old boy charged in an alleged rape at St. George’s Independent School last fall.
Bryant Swing Jr., 18, and an unidentified 14-year-old boy were both charged with aggravated rape in the case. Because of his age, the 14-year-old was never identified.
On November 13, 2025, WREG reported that an alleged sexual assault was reported at St. George’s Independent School that occurred between two students, according to Collierville Police.
