MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – A grand jury has decided to not indict Johnny Bowman Jr. or two Semmes Police officers after reviewing evidence from a shootout that happened inside Bowman’s Auto Air in January, according to the Mobile County District Attorney’s Office.
A spokesperson from the DA’s Office tells FOX10 News the grand jury carefully reviewed all evidence and the applicable Alabama law, including affirmative defenses.
