No Kings 3 rally set for March 28 in Clayton

CLAYTON — Indivisible Johnston County will host a rally from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, March 28, at Clayton Town Square, 100 W. Main St., as part of a nationwide day of protests. All members of the public are welcome.

The No Kings 3 rally is one of more than 3,000 planned protests across the United States, aimed at raising awareness about concerns with the current administration’s policies and actions.

“On a daily basis, this administration is doing its best to tear down our democracy, but we will continue to stand up and say, ‘No!’” said Mary Blank, co-leader of Indivisible Johnston County. “Together with Indivisible groups across the country, we gather as one to deliver the message that millions of Americans will not be silenced. Instead, we speak for all who are frustrated with the deterioration of our democracy and hope for a better future.”…
