WEBSTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Congratulations to our latest Golden Apple Award winner, Peggy Garritano, a Kindergarten teacher at Webster’s Plank Road North Elementary!
This is Mrs. Garritano’s 46th year teaching, and it will be her last as she plans to retire at the end of the school year.
