A man has been arrested in connection with a wildfire that burned in El Dorado County earlier this month, according to CAL FIRE.
Officials say 53-year-old Mark Mastin of Modesto was taken into custody on March 21 on suspicion of starting the Deep Fire in the Pollock Pines area.
