The DeKalb County Sheriff’s Department has served a warrant on an inmate due to be released from the Crossroads Correctional Center associated with another felony for being a Fugitive from out of State.
The Dekalb County Sheriff’s Department was notified by Cleveland County, Oklahoma officials that 49-year-old Kenneth Charles Poisel has a felony warrant against him from Cleveland County for four counts of lewd or indecent proposals to a child under the age of 16. The arrest warrant had been issued by the Cleveland County Court on January 29th demanding arrest of the defendant. Poisel also has a criminal history which includes convictions of aggravated robbery from Amarillo, Texas in 1995 and for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Delivery or Possession of a Controlled Substance in Harrison County…
