Police say motorist drove 101 mph on I-70 with unrestrained toddler

NEW CASTLE, Ind. — An Illinois man faces a felony neglect charge after allegedly traveling over 100 mph on Interstate 70 with a toddler in his vehicle.

The neglect-of-a-dependent charge filed against 28-year-old Kulu Yumba on Tuesday, March 24, is a Level 6 felony carrying up to 30 months in prison.
