A Glen Carbon man was charged March 20 with multiple counts of battery and assault charges after an altercation with an Edwardsville School District crossing guard in January.
The 56-year-old suspect was charged March 20 with two counts of aggravated battery, both Class 3 felonies; three counts of aggravated assault, all Class 4 felonies; and reckless driving, a Class A misdemeanor.
