An authentic Mexican restaurant on the South Shore is shutting down after more than three decades.
“This decision was not easily made, however it is necessary,” the Facebook post read.
“The Adame family, Javier, Guillermo, Donna, Nicole Jessica, Miguel and our staff would like to thank all of our customers, new and old for their patronage. El Sarape would not have been the success it is without our customers which have supported the restaurant through the many years,” the post continued. “We were a Braintree landmark because of our long time customers and we are very cognizant of everyone’s ongoing support. Countless memories have been made with our family, longtime friends and our customers at El Sarape. Memories that will last a lifetime.”…
