BRADENTON, Fla. (WWSB) – A Parrish man has pleaded guilty to a federal arson charge after prosecutors said he set a rental van on fire in a Bradenton motel parking lot.
Kendarius Devonta Stitten, 26, admitted to violating the federal Anti-Arson Act, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Tampa. He now faces a mandatory minimum sentence of five years and up to 20 years in federal prison.
