With ballistics evidence reports in hand, both the defense and the Commonwealth can move forward in the murder case against Oziya Narcisse.
Appearing in front of Christian Circuit Judge John Atkins Wednesday morning, Narcisse was joined by defense attorney Olivia Adams and Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney Mark Gilbert.
