PHENIX CITY, Ala. (WTVM) – The Phenix City library is partnering with FAB-Arts for the Spring-a-palooza event during spring break.
Kids of any age are welcome to come to the library on 17th Avenue to see a variety of performances, including visual arts, poets and musicians.
