COLUMBIA, S.C. — Dominion Energy is expanding a free energy-saving program to customers in the Dentsville area of Columbia.
The company announced that approximately 2,300 eligible customers can now take part in the Neighborhood Energy Efficiency Program (NEEP), which provides free home assessments, on-site education and installation of energy-efficient products.
