NORTH CAROLINA — Police in Durham are searching for a man wanted in connection with a deadly stabbing earlier this month on the American Tobacco Trail.
According to the Durham Police Department, 46-year-old LaRue Barbee is wanted and charged with first-degree murder in the death of 51-year-old Chesleigh Eloyd Lyons.
Officers responded around 4:13 p.m. on March 9 to a report of a stabbing behind a building near Fayetteville Street and Pilot Street. When officers arrived, they found Lyons suffering from stab wounds. He later died from his injuries…
