CARTHAGE — A Cameron man who allegedly fired a gun at a vehicle as he was walking on Carthage Street on Saturday was shot and killed by a Moore County deputy, authorities said.
The incident began about 10:42 p.m. when a motorist notified the Moore County Sheriff’s Office that a man walking in the 200 block of Carthage Street fired a shot that struck a vehicle.
