GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — A northern Michigan man with a prior conviction involving a minor showed up in a YouTube video recently published by a predator catching group, after they tracked him from Grand Rapids to his home in Boyne City.
The man behind the YouTube operation goes by the name “Jake Hockey”.
He tells 13 ON YOUR SIDE that his work is driven by a very personal reason he chooses not to publicly share. Inspired in part by NBC’s To Catch a Predator, Hockey spent years studying similar operations before launching his own channel a few months ago…
