REIDSVILLE, N.C. — Two men are facing charges after deputies say they led them on a high-speed chase in Reidsville on Wednesday morning.
According to the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office, 25-year-old Pindarius Simmons of Bassett, Virginia and 21-year-old Verdonte Freeman of Burlington were driving a BMW M5 at around 12:57 a.m. near Highway 14.
Law enforcement tried to pull the car over, afterwhich the car allegedly sped off at speeds exceeding 130 mph. The crash continued onto Highway 29 toward Greensboro…
