DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A Hummelstown man pleaded guilty Wednesday in a pandemic unemployment assistance (PUA) scheme that cost the government over $2.8 million.
Ardavan Alamoutinia, 33, of Hummelstown, along with Aryanah Davidson, 26, used stolen identities to file over 500 application for PUA.
