Grace Lutheran in Oak Ridge offers a night of entertainment and coffee

Grace Lutheran Church of Oak Ridge presents Coffeehouse, a fun celebration of live music and gourmet coffee, open to everyone. The Coffeehouse will be 6-8 p.m. Friday, March 27. A variety of coffees will be available, along with snacks.

Please bring a friend and the kids. Free nursery care and events for children and youth are available and will be monitored by the nursery attendants and volunteers, while adults enjoy a variety of music groups and styles.

Entertainment will include stand-up comedy by emcee Renee Gordon, as well as the following musical groups:

  • New Creation – This is the Praise Team of Grace Lutheran Church. Led by the Director of Music, Slade Trammel, this team of musicians will present both praise music and a few secular sing-alongs. Musicians include Debra Stewart, Betty Dagley, Phil Stumbo, Laura Kile, Paul and Donna Gurecki on vocals and Pastor Rosy Rivera on guitar and vocals, Anthony Stewart on bass and Robert Stewart on drums.
  • Lone Mountain Stomp – It’s a three-piece rock and roll band from the hills of East Tennessee. Their music is described as Southern Rock and features Tyler Gorsuch on guitar and vocals, Steven Phillips on drums and vocals and Anthony Stewart on bass and vocals. Anthony is also the bass player for New Creation.
  • Senior Ukulele Group – This group led by Judy Rosenberg is a group of seniors who participate in Judy’s ukulele class at the Senior Center in Oak Ridge. Their music features several sing-along songs, which will invite all guests to join in the fun!

Sunday services
