LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – The Lexington Police Department is attempting to locate a man wanted on multiple warrants.
Cedric Hagan has warrants for first-degree unlawful imprisonment, first-degree wanton endangerment, first-degree fleeing or evading police and traffic offenses, according to Bluegrass Crime Stoppers.
