MOBILE, Ala. (NBC 15) — The Mobile County Judicial Commission has announced a timeline for filling a vacancy on the Circuit Court following the resignation of Circuit Judge Michael Sherman.
According to a release dated March 24, Place 9 on the Mobile County Circuit Court is now vacant, and the commission is responsible under state law for overseeing the nomination process.
