What a difference a year makes. On Palm Sunday, 2025, the congregation of St. Peter Lutheran Church processed from under the tent and into the sanctuary where they worshipped for the first time in over 2-1/2 years.
From the St. Peter’s Church team: “The actual date of Palm Sunday 2025 was April 13, but the significance of the celebration of Christ riding into Jerusalem while the crowd waved palm fronds and shouted praise remains in our hearts. We thank town officials and all the residents of Fort Myers Beach for the support over the last few years. We are truly part of this community and intend to do what we can to keep FMB the vibrant place it has always been.”…
