WOOD COUNTY, Ohio — The Venezuelan man who was convicted after posing as a teenager to enroll at Perrysburg High School is facing a new charge in Wood County, according to court documents filed Wednesday.
Anthony Labrador Sierra was indicted on a second-degree felony count of pandering sexually-oriented matter involving a minor or impaired person. Court documents state the alleged offense occurred between Jan. 1, 2025 and May 22, 2025. Labrador Sierra was arrested in May 2025 after Perrysburg police contacted U.S. Border Patrol for assistance in identifying him.
He was arrested on the grounds that he had posed as a 16-year-old human trafficking victim and successfully enrolled at Perrysburg High School.
