Over the last 30 years, Robby Hartsfield of Tallahassee-based Hartsfield Construction has built hundreds of homes and townhouses in Leon County, Fla. Now, he’s expanding into Bainbridge with the Southgate Estates development — and expressing confidence in the city’s future.
“We went on a tour of Bainbridge and really liked what we saw: the Publix coming in, the new Chick-fil-A, the downtown area, the Riverwalk, the sports complex,” Robby told The Post-Searchlight. “Those guys do their own studies. If you just follow Publix and Chick-fil-A, you should be good.”
Hartsfield Construction is meeting Bainbridge’s demand for homes at the back of the Southgate development, located off Tallahassee Highway.
