Toledo cracking down on overdue water bills

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – The Department of Public Utilities told Toledo City Council that collections on delinquent water bills are going well.

The department has collected about $5.5 million from homes and businesses so far this year, bringing the total closer to $20 million.
