WILMINGTON, DE — A Wilmington man is facing multiple felony charges after police said a pedestrian crash escalated into a series of confrontations with officers and the recovery of a firearm Thursday afternoon.
According to New Castle County Police, officers responded at approximately 12:06 p.m. on March 19 to the area of Oregon Road and Nebraska Road in the Park Place Trailer Park community for a report of a motor vehicle collision involving a pedestrian.
