Family remembers Toledo man killed in crash as devoted father and lifesaver

TOLEDO, Ohio — Family members of a Toledo man killed in a crash last week are remembering him as a devoted father and a medical professional who spent his life helping others.

Robin Steele was one of two people who died in a crash at the intersection of West Alexis Road and Talmadge Road in west Toledo. His sister, Jolie Steele, said the loss has been especially difficult because of the impact he had on so many lives.

“Robin has been a lifelong Toledoan. I don’t think my family understood until he passed just how wide his network spread. He knew seemingly everyone in the city of Toledo,” she said…
