EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A hit-and-run crash resulted in a drinking while intoxicated (DWI) arrest on Tuesday, March 24, in Horizon, according to a news release by the Horizon City Police Department.
Refugio Salvador Camargo was arrested and charged with DWI (3rd or more) with a $10,000 bond and accident involving damage with a $2,000 bond.
At around 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, officers were dispatched to the 300 block of S. Darrington Road to a report of a hit-and-run crash.
